If you use an Apple device, to get a refund there are 2 options:

#1) Open the email Apple sent you with the subject "Your receipt from Apple." From there, click on "Report a problem". That will take you to a webpage where you have to sign in. From there, find the Left vs Right icon and select "Report a problem". You can select an issue and also write a note to Apple.

#2) You can also go through iTunes by going to your Profile -> Purchase History -> See all. From there click "Report a problem" and you will be taken to the same webpage as option #1. From there, find the Left vs Right icon and select "Report a problem". You can select an issue and also write a note to Apple.

If approved, Apple will process your refund in 5-7 business days.
